This combines Serpent, Scorpid and Viper stings in one place. By default it is setup to fire off a Serpent Sting if nothing else is selected. Otherwise you can cast Scorpid Sting by using Shift + Left Click or a Viper Sting using Ctrl + Left Click.

/cast [modifier:shift] Scorpid Sting; [modifier:ctrl] Viper Sting; Serpent Sting
