I've found this to be useful in raids and arena battles. Its much easier to get a rythm going and buff groups of people when you only use a single button to do so.

Click  = Demon Armor.
Control + Click = Detect Invisibility.
Shift + Click = Unending Breath.
Alt + Click + Sense Demons.
