This will execute a Shield Block and Heroic Strike together very quickly. Not quiet at the same time, but if you are hitting the macro over and over again it will accomplish it much quicker than usual.

#Showtooltip Heroic Strike
/Cast Shield Block
/Cast Heroic Strike
