A one button press to Taunt, Sheild block and Sheild slam, at once. When you use this, make sure you have enough rage to execute all three or you may only end up executing one or two of the casts. You'll probably want to change the Rank number to something other than 1.

/cast taunt
/stopcasting
/cast Sheild Block(Rank 1)
/stopcasting
/cast Sheild Slam(Rank 1)
