Thiswill allow you to change into your swimming gear quickly. Add more lines if you have other things to sawp out. You could also do this with other types of gear, but if you're going to go crazy with it you might just be better off getting Outfitter.

/equip [swimming] Deepdive Helmet; Old Item Name
/equip [swimming] Azure Silk Belt; Old Item Name
